In accordance with the agreement on Cooperation and Interaction, signed recently between Assembly of Peoples of Eurasia/APE between, the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations " and ITB Group of Companies Ltd., a collegial body was set up. Its is the Organizing Committee of “EURASIA-EXPO: Transport Routes’2018” International Exhibition. The chairman of the Organizing Committee is Andrey Yu. Beliyaninov, the executive secretary - Mr. Nickolay V. Evsenkin. The Organizing Committee includes representatives of Russian and foreign organizations, companies and expert groups participating in the work of Assembly of Peoples of Eurasia/APE, the International Union of Non-Governmental Organizations .
The Organizing Committee keeps its work in the form of regular meetings (at least once every two months).
