This is stated in the welcome address of E.I. Dietrich, Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation to the participants of the "EURASIA-EXPO: Transport Corridors-2018” International Exhibition.
According to the Minister: "The key tools for the development of transportation were the removal of barriers, the acceleration of control procedures and the simplification of the transfer of information about goods and vehicles."
